The following are the most typical causes for trouble logging in:
Caps versus Non-Caps:
Make sure your caps lock is not on. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Forgotten password:
Click the "Retrieve your username and password here" link on the
un-logged in homepage to retrieve a forgotten password via email.
An email will be sent to you with a new temporary password that will allow
you to log on.
NOTE: Be aware that the temporary password provided in the email typically
begins with and includes the letters "pass" followed by numbers. i.e.
"pass1234"
Once you've logged on, you may change your password to one of your own by
clicking the User Info button on the upper right menu bar and following the
links.
Changed setting in Internet Options (for Internet Explorer):
Open your web browser / Internet Explorer.
Go to the Tools menu item in your browser (top left).
From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
From the Internet Options dialogue box, select the Settings button.
From the Settings dialogue box, select the option under "Check for newer
version of stored pages" as "Every visit to the page".
Select OK until dialogue boxes disappear.
Close browser, then re-open browser and try logging in again.
