Log In Troubleshooting Tips: Back

The following are the most typical causes for trouble logging in:

Caps versus Non-Caps:

  • Make sure your caps lock is not on. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

    Forgotten password:

  • Click the "Retrieve your username and password here" link on the un-logged in homepage to retrieve a forgotten password via email.
  • An email will be sent to you with a new temporary password that will allow you to log on.
  • NOTE: Be aware that the temporary password provided in the email typically begins with and includes the letters "pass" followed by numbers. i.e. "pass1234"
  • Once you've logged on, you may change your password to one of your own by clicking the User Info button on the upper right menu bar and following the links.

  • Changed setting in Internet Options (for Internet Explorer):

  • Open your web browser / Internet Explorer.
  • Go to the Tools menu item in your browser (top left).
  • From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
  • From the Internet Options dialogue box, select the Settings button.
  • From the Settings dialogue box, select the option under "Check for newer version of stored pages" as "Every visit to the page".
  • Select OK until dialogue boxes disappear.
  • Close browser, then re-open browser and try logging in again.
  • Other Issues (Not seeing the 'Login' bar at the top of the screen, errors on logging in, etc):
